Preamble:

Public Relations is an integral element in the communication process and therefore contributes to all other functions of a business. Public Relations therefore involves several programmes designed to promote and protect a company's image and brand. A student who will complete this qualification at this level will be able to; write, edit press, annual reports, and liaise with the media, coordinate conferences, seminars and exhibitions.

Award: After you successfully complete each level of the course, you receive a National Certifi-cate for that level.
